The VW Oil Cooler fits 1972 through 1979 Type 2 Bus models and 1980 through 1983 Vanagon air cooled engines. The oil cooler bolts to the engine case next to the number 4 cylinder. Two oil cooler seals are needed and prevent oil from leaking out of the inlet or outlet on the oil cooler.
